Monument Creek Apartments

The Monument Creek Apartments, is a proposed 48-unit project consisting of one and two bedroom units. The four-story structure is designed to be constructed with either panelized construction or modular providing substantial cost savings. The modular units can be combined in a number of combinations providing flexibility to adapt to different sites with multiple exterior schemes.

Gunnison Affordable Housing Master-planned Community

The proposed site consists of 5 plus acres. The master-plan provides for housing to accommodate income levels from 30% to 120% of the A.M.I. (average medium income). The eastern edge of the property provides lower income rental apartments. The site then transitions into townhomes that can be for rent or for sale to moderate income families. The remaining portion of the property provides homes for sale for the workforce with accessory dwelling units attached to help offset the cost of home ownership. The plan creates a cohesive neighborhood concept for families and retirees.

Crossroads at Divide Housing Development

Crossroads at Divide, a 36-unit family affordable housing project sponsored by AmericaWest Housing Solutions and co-developed by Riverstone Platforms Partners. It has a three-story walk-up building with 12 one- and 24 two-bedroom units at 70% AMI and below, with 11% of units at 30% AMI. Since the site is 5.16 acres which would allow up to 77 total units, the current plan over the next 5 years is for the whole of the site, in addition to the subject LIHTC project, is to do a future phase with additional workforce, at or below 120% AMI.

Pagosa Springs Workforce Housing

The Pagosa Springs proposed workforce housing project consists of 3 sites varying in size and complexity. The project consists of two and three bedroom units facilitated by two and three story structures. The larger site contains a community space and outdoor amenities. The designs are sensitive to the historic character of Pagosa Springs and integrate into the surrounding neighborhoods. The rental units are designed to address the need for work-force housing for employees providing essential services for a healthy community.

Valley View Apartments

Valley View Apartments in Woodland Park are a 9% tax credit project providing 24 units of low to moderate income in one, two, and three bedroom layouts. The structure is two and three stories with onsite amenities including a playground, community garden, and dog park. The property provides much needed housing to support a growing community with limited opportunities for young families and senior citizens on fixed incomes.
