The Valley View Place Apartments completed in Woodland Park, Colorado as well as a current submittal to the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) workforce housing project in Divide, Colorado, demonstrates that AmericaWest works seamlessly with public and municipal entities, as well as private developers and investors.

Keith Meier, CEO
AmericaWest Housing Solutions
As a founding member of AWHS, Keith currently serves as CEO and Director of Project and Business Development. For the past 33 years, he has been practicing architecture, construction, and development. Keith has experience from custom residential to large innovative commercial design and construction projects. He has been involved in planning and development as both a consultant and an owner. He was the business development manager for Golden Triangle Construction in southern Colorado. In addition, Keith spent three years as the business development director for Nunn Construction opening up a new market base and regional territory. This varied experience has allowed him to help clients in total project integration and development. He has been involved in site selection through construction management and assembling the project team for a clients including architecture, engineering, general contractor, and developer. This experience gives him a unique perspective and capabilitiesn the industry.
